
FUKU-NISHIKI “BANSHU KOSHIKI”
FUKU-NISHIKI is a premium sake made in the Harima district, recognized by the WTO as a region where the highest quality nihonshu is produced.
FUKUNISHIKI BANSHU-KOSHIKI is made using traditional method (KIMOTO) that requires a lot of work and is extremely time-consuming. It has a mild aroma and a slightly bitter taste.
It is recommended to drink this sake at 40 ~ 50 degrees. The taste becomes richer when heated. It goes well with wide variety of dishes but especially well with warm dishes such as simmered meat or stews.
