Sake brewery NANBU BIJIN　(NINOHE, IWATE, JAPAN)

The Nanbu Bijin Brewery is known as a premium sake producer, whose product was awarded the title of the best Japanese sake in the world during 2017 London IWC (INTERNATIONAL WINE CHALLENGE).

It is also known as the first Japanese sake to obtain vegan certification.

This brewery is located in Iwate Prefecture, in a city called Nanbutoji, in the area where three largest sake producers in Japan are operating.
Sake Nanbu Bijin has light and elegant taste, just like other sake from the Tohoku region. It is very popular both in Japan and abroad.
