GIN DISTILLERY (GOSE, NARA, JAPAN)

The name "Yamato" is the old name of the Nara Prefecture. The history of alcohol in Japan began with this area. In production of this gin - rice spirit (shochu) is used as the primary alcohol and juniper berries are used as the primary plant ingredient.
