
TATSURIKI “KIMOTO”
TATSURIKI craft sake brand of the super premium class, is made from the most expensive rice in Japan. Grown in Hyōgo Prefecture, Yamada Nishiki is called the „King of sake rice”. In addition, special class A of rice was used.
TATSURIKI is made by a traditional technique called “Kimoto". It has a rich aroma in which you can sense, among others, dried fruit (pear, banana) and almonds. It has a dry and rich taste. It is said to be the best dry sake among traditionally made sake.
It tastes great both chilled and warm.
