
TATSURIKI “JUNMAI GINJO”
TATSURIKI craft sake brand of the super premium class, is made from the most expensive rice in Japan. Grown in Hyōgo Prefecture, Yamada Nishiki is called the „King of sake rice”. In addition, special class A of rice was used.
TATSURIKI JUNMAI GINJO has a noticeable aroma of ripe pears, bananas and tropical fruit. This is due to the special Yamada Nishiki rice.
Suitable for:
Japanese cuisine: sashimi, sushi, tempura, ideal for both cold and warm snacks.
Polish cuisine: beef tartare, dumplings, duck with apples.
