Kawabe
KAWABE is a high quality rice shochu that has received many awards in various competitions in Japan and in the world. KAWABE is the name of a nearby river with the cleanest water in Japan.
KAWABE brewery uses water from this river as well as the best rice from the surrounding fields. Recommended way of drinking is straight, iced or warm. Even with the addition of a small amount of water, the sake remains delicious and the taste becomes slightly milder. It is also recomended to add cucumber slices.
When wiluted with water, only a small amount is recommended.
