KAZE NO MORI “Alpha type 3”

KAZE NO MORI is a famous super premium sake brand that is difficult to purchase even in Japan.
The main feature of KAZE NO MORI is that it is not pasteurized. However, the ALPHER TYPE 3 which is intended for export is pasteurized.

Namazake is fresh and unpasteurized sake. Due to the short shelf live and the need to store at low temperatures, it is not exported abroad.

Kaze no Mori ALPHER TYPE 3 is by far the closest best grade sake to Namazake. The taste of this drink is extremely fresh and has melon or pear aftertaste. We recommend you to try KAZE NO MORI ALPHER TYPE 3 at the earliest opportunity! In Japan it is so popular that it quickly disappears from the shelves and it is considered being a rare product.

It is a good addition to Japanese cuisine such as raw vegetables, fish, fruit, etc. It also goes well with cold snacks such as sushi or sashimi as well as with the flavors of Italian or French cuisine.
