NANAKUBO is a high-end sweet potato shochu, created by the legendary brewer Mr. SADAO MAEMURA. Shochu in general is said to have very strong aroma and taste , but actually, Nanakubo has a very refined flavor.
NANAKUBO BLUE BOTTLE is a refreshing, light and fruity type of shochu that is considered the most refined one in Japan.
Shochu from sweet potatoes is the most popular type among shochu fans.
Recommended way to drink is at room temperature or with ice. Even with small amount of water, the sake remains delicious and taste becomes slightly milder.
