GOZENSHU “NIGORI”

GOZENSHU is a premium craft sake that has been highly popular in recent years.

GOZENSHU NIGORI is made from one of the finest sake rice called Omachi. It is called semi nigori sake. Nigori is a less filtered sake with a cloudy white color. It has a slightly sweet, rich and creamy flavor.

BODAIMOTO - This is the oldest method of making sake (about 800 years), but nowadays it is extremely rarely used.
