FUKU-NISHIKI “HARIMAJI”
FUKU-NISHIKI is a premium sake made in the HARIMA district, recognized by the WTO as a region where the highest quality nihonshu is produced.
It is made from locally grown, high-quality rice (YUME-NISHIKI) and spring water by passionate brewers. FUKU NISHIKI is produced on a small-scale so most of the liquors are sold only locally and are really difficult to obtain.
FUKUNISHIKI HARIMAJI is a semi-dry sake with a delicate aroma, silky texture and a delicate sweet after taste derived from rice.
HARIMAJI can be drunk both chilled and heated to 40 ~ 50 degrees. It fits perfectly with exclusive Japanese dishes.
